Looking for information about the descendants of Daniel August Danielson born in 1815 in Sweden, known as August Danielson during the years he lived in Rock Island, Illinois. His wife was known as Mary, but had been Maria Persdotter in Sweden. They came to the Illinois in 1854 stopping first in Henry County, then Mercer County and finally Rock Island County. Three children immigrated with the parents, son Alfred born in 1842; son Daniel August born in 1845 and daughter Anna Lisa born in 1851. 3 daughters were born in Illinois, Mary in 1858, Hannah in 1862 and Emma in 1864.
Son Alfred married Carolina Lawson/Larson in 1863 and had 2 children
Son D August married Ida C Swanson and had 5 children
Daughter Anna Lisa married Lon P Swanson and had 6 children
