I am reading mid 18th century parish records of Ste. Anne Parish of Ft. de Chartres, Randolph County. In a marriage record of 1785, the priest says the bride is from parish of St. Phillipe de St. Pierre. I cannot find such a parish in the vicinity during this time period. Usually if it were Canada or France, they would say so. Does anyone know of such a parish probably in years 1750-1780?

The marriage record is for Clement Drury and "Marie Josephine Brebeaut, d/o Jean Bte. Brebeaut, habitants of St. Philippe de St. Pierre."
