John Mangrum seems to have adopted or been related to this family, he list Susan as his sister in 1870 Rockwood, Randolph Co ILL census.
Andrew Mangrum and the rest of his siblings, father could be James Pickett b KY or ILL d before 1870.
It was said that James Pickett was a cousin to Gen Geo Edward Pickett famed for Battle of Gettysburg "Pickett's Charge"
