Lucy Bell was born about 1950 in Tenn with both parent being born there also. She married Henry Davis who was born in 1836 in Ky.They were married in Pulaski Co. ILL. in 1870.
They both died in 1911 in Pulaski Co.ILL. There is no Death Cert. & the only Record of Death is in Probate File.They are both listed in the US 1880 & 1910 Fed. Census as being mulatto.Once I have seen her name as Lucy Bell(Coy)Davis. I would appreciate any help in finding out who her parents are
