and then click on the "Farm, Field and Fireside" link. They are just starting to digitize full pdfs of farm newspapers and magazines from the 19th and early 20th century, with full searching and browsing capabilities. Some pdfs have been scanned too dark, but others are very clear. Since you know approximately which magazine and the time frame, why don't you email them and ask if they could see if your Willow Branch Church cover is coming up for inclusion in their website?
