My great-great grandfather, James Milton Willoughby, appears on the 1870 census for Tamaroa with his parents and siblings. I think his mother (Elizabeth) dies after 1870, and James ends up in Iowa in the 1880's, a Seventh Day Adventist preacher. Is there a history of Adventists in Perry Co.? I am trying to trace his movements from 1870 to 1900, when he is in Idaho.
