Am looking for Stephen White who m. Jemima davenport. They had 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Anna. Anna m. Edward Leggett in TN, and she died in Crawford Co. IL about 1846. My gr-gr-grandfather was George Washington White, supposedly b. Casey Co. KY about 1817-1818. He married Sarah Malinda Turner, 19 AUG 1851, Crawford Co. IL---and died 18 APR 1895, buried at Palestine Cem., Crawford Co. IL
Am finding that many of the White lines did not stay too long in one place.

Stephen White is a 5th great-grandfather of mine. I have him marrying Jemima Davenport; their daughter Anna married Edward Legg; their son John W. Legg married Sarah Mills; their son Henry Washington Legg married Emily Jane Petty; their daughter Carrie Alice Legg married William Lee Brookhart; their son James Brookhart married Hazel Fiscus.
