I recently came upon a Buzick family line which I'm very interested in learning more about.

Place: Lexington, McLean Co., IL
Sarah L. GAINS married Arthur J. BUZICK in January 1887. They had a son name Lloyd who was born in late 1887 or early 1888. Arthur and Sarah divorced in September 1889. Sarah remarried in November 1894 to Joseph A. Gray. (I don't believe there were children by this marriage). Sarah died 15 February 1948 and is buried at the Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, McLean Co., IL. In her obitaruy it states "She was born Oct 4, 1870, at Lexington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Gaines. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son. Survivors are two grandsons, Howard G. Buzick, Bloomington, and Weldon G. Buzick, Brooklyn, N.Y. and two great-grandsons. She was a member of the United Brethren church."
