I have a marriage record for my great-grandparents, James H. Brown & Celinda J. Lyons, signed by the Marshall County Clerk of Court. I found this as part of James' Civil War pension file at the National Archives.

My question is this: Would the Marshall County clerk of court have any additional information on their marriage? I know that in New Orleans there was often a secondary document which listed the parents of the couple, and that's what I'm hoping to find for these two.
