I have an ancester John Hewitt who lived in Ohio and served in the civil war. He died in The vet Home in Danville Ill. and was buried in Virden Ill. His brother was Samuel Hewitt a doctor living in Chatham Ill. Are these areas close in proximity? Dose anyone have access to cemetery info there? His wife and family remained in Ohio and are all buried there.
