I'm looking for information on Hattie M. Price married to David Andrews on August 21, 1883 in Virden, Illinois. Hattie was the Daughter of Amos and Nancy Price. She was born around 1867 in Macoupin County, Illinois. I can not find any info on here after the birth of her 2nd son Charles in 1889. David is listed in census record in 1900 as a widow and his oldest son is listed as living with Hattie's brother John A. Price and his wife Eliza nee Roberts. I'm guessing that Hattie died soon after the birth of Charles but can not find any records any where of her death. So many rumors have been passed about this family including that Charles was adopted and possible part native american. I'm hoping someone from either the Andrews or Price side has something. Also if anyone has any information on the Macoupin County Almshouse I would be happy to hear that. David is listed as an inmate there on the 1920 & 1930 Census.
