My Grandfather Frank Heibult & Mina Weerts were married on Feb.27, 1893 in Livngston County, Illinois. They were Lutherans living in the Flanagan/ Minonk, IL area, as was an older brother, John and family.
Their names are in the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, but when I requested a marriage certificate from Livingston County Courthouse, they advised the records for that time period were lost in a fire.
My request is for a "Church Record" for them.

The first child, Franklin, son of John Heibult is buried at St. Petre cemetery west of Flanagan.
