Did I read it correctly that marriage records must be 75 years old before they can be obtained?
I'm looking for the the marriage record of Neil Thompson to ALYCE Clara Dressler ca. 1940 in Kankakee county.
Has anyone compiled a list from newspapers or other sorces.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
