I would like to plead for all webb families that are descendants of Mitchell Webb that settled in Johnson county, Illinois around 1842 to please contact me. I am trying to put together a Webb Book to donate to the Vienna Library( I was disappointed when I found no-one had submitted a family book)and to share with others. But I need everyone's help. Family Group Sheets, Tax & land records, birth cert. marriage cert. military records and especially pictures. I do have one of Allen Nimrod Webb. anything that will help. I cannot do this alone. My husband is related through two of his sons Allen and Francis. Also I would like to have cleared up the fact that Mitchell may have married a third time after his second wife died. Does anyone happen to know when and where his second wife died.
