I have now followed all the leads found up till now and am still at a dead end on my maternal grandmothers parents search.Her name was JESSIE REED.Info I have includes her marriage certificate.She married WALTER B.ESKEW in Oct.,1904.Both their ages ;22 yrs.,her parents/WM.A.REED, & SULA?? WORTHY. Her death certificate gives birth as 1883/Jersey County,Il.,parents/AARON REED & [UNK] WORTHY. Her tombstone gives April,1881 as birth date. Husband WALTER was son of AMANDA M.ESKEW,of Effingham County.JESSIE had 1 sister that I am aware of.DAISY ESKEW married HUGH BURNS. I thought I had the right family found and sent for birth records but none wee found.Any help appreciated.
