1850 Jerseyville census has R C Judd age 61 born CT which fits with Roswell Calvin Judd born 20 May 1789 Waterbury, New Haven Co., CT in the Barbour Collection. With him in the census is Nancy Judd age 17 born IL. An unconfirmed source has his death Apr 1856 in Jersey Co.,IL. Is there a record of his burial in Jersey Co.?
