My relatives John, George, and Randolph Palmer bought land along the Ohio River in 1814. At the same time Isaac Stacy or Stacey bought the land around Cave-In-Rock just up the river from them. I see here and there that in 1810 Isaac Stacy was tried for a Capital Offense, but was apparrently acquitted. I would love to know the details of that trial.
