Jewell A. King, 81, of Rosiclare, Hardin Co., IL, died March 31, 2001 at Western Baptist Hospital.
He was a member of Firs Apostolic Church in Rosiclare, he was a mason for 58 years and was a member of the Rosiclare Memorial Public Library.
Surviving are a son, Corwin King of Metropolis; a step-daughter, Dianna Sue Palmer of Rosiclare; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Irby King; his second wife, Marie Livers King; an infant son, Leon King; a brother, Wallace King; and two sisters, Clyde Cowsert Clemmons and Adley Cowsert. His parents were Bill King and Cordy Millikan King.
Funeral services were held April 4 at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare with Rev. Gene Cowsert and Rev. Glen Hicks officiating. Burial was in Fluorine Cemetery in Rosiclare. I have no connection or further information on this person or family.
