We were unable to return to Illinois to check on the Zeh Cemetery as we had planned. We'd hoped a path might have been cleared up to it as the owner was considering doing. The bill before the Illinois legislature to allow access to cemeteries and graves on private land http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/BillStatus.asp?DocNum=5625&a...
is still in "Session Sine Die" status as of 12/3/2014 (which means no further action is scheduled), so even if we had returned we may still have not been able to make the trip up to it.
We do not have an address for the cemetery. If we had been able to visit it I would have taken its GPS coordinates which is probably the best that could be done for an address. I just viewed the Google Maps aerial view and cannot spot anything which indicates its position. However, I've taken a snip of the map and shown where I think the cemetery is, where the power line is which is easy to spot from the road (Hwy 96) and where the owner's home is (the driveway goes north from East County Road 2770). This image is attached, hopefully you can view it. This is the best I can do for locating the cemetery without actually going there.
Hope this helps... Peter
