The Sexton's
Weekly Report for 24 August 1845, published in the 3 September issue of the Nauvoo Neighbor, lists:
"Henry White, 60y; unknown."
That does not mean that he died on the 24th, but the week of the 24th. He is not listed on the sexton's records, and his stone does not exist in the old
Mormon Cemetery, if there ever was one. That is the cemetery that is at
Casper Hollow—Casper
Creek runs just north of the cemetery.
EarlyLDS.com lists Henry owning property at
Kimball 1ST: Block 2, Lot 56, 1/2
Acre (the lot is on both sides of
Fulmer St, from about
Mulholland to White), and
Kimball 1ST: Block 2, Lot 55, NE CORNER, 1/2
Acre (near the northeast corner of the intersection of today's
Warsaw and
Ripley streets).
If you contact me off the list and send me your email address, I will send you a copy of the Sexton's Report.
