I'm looking for information on my great grandmother, Susanna Addis, who married John H. Carlile in Hancock County on 23 January 1848. I am descended from her second husband, Edward C. Roberson, whom she married in 1863. She was born in 1827 or 1828 in Pennsylvania, and died in Linn County, Kansas, in 1881. There is some evidence that her father was a Rev. Thomas J. Addis, but I have been unable to prove this. Thanks!
