Do you know where the Browns were from? I hae Browns in my family, a James that had a daughter Mary also called Mollie whom married William King. She had a brother William Brown whom died in 1939 in Hardin County, Illinois. He was born in 1861-1863. Death cert. says 1861 some say it was 1863. He was marrie but divorced. He is the William that was quilt for burning the county court house, at least he went to jail for it.Does any of this rang a bell with you?
