Philip Barbolak married Aniela (Nellie) Sliwinski in Chicago. They lived there in the '30s and later moved to Downer's Grove, then to Florida. Their son Peter played for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1949; he married Margene in 1954 in Chicago. Their daughter Mary married Bill Jones in a Ukrainian church; also in Chicago. Anyone know about the BARBOLAKs or SLIWINSKIs?

Just a chance, but are any of your family members of Barbolak or sliwinski from the Clevelad area 1910-on? My great grandfahter Anton Sliwinski may of married a Rose Barbolak in Amsterdam NY somewhere around 1905?. Thanks
