My name was Opal Renee Sharp and I was born at Lewis Maternity Hospital. I was adopted from St Vincent Catholic Orphanage. I have 2 other sibling at the time of my birth.

My parent are Alfred & Margaret Sharp and they were Illopnois posibly from Michigan, Minnesota or Kentucky.

Margaret was 33 yrs old and she was born in 1920. She was an artist and she took ill. Alfred was in a military.
