I am trying to find out anything about St. James Church-- denomination etc. My grandparents Clarence URLAUB and Elfreida MARX always told that they married in Crown Point. I searched there and found nothing so came back to Chicago. They just sent me the marriage license which said they were married by "James S Stone DD, Rector of St James Church.
Any help and perhaps where the original church records would be also.
