Call them, unless you live out of town. You can better information over the phone or in person. If you actually want to see where your relatives are buried, they should be able to stake out the area unless there are headstones. If there is any signs of abuse, then you should notify, Secretary of State, Jesse White's office as he is in charge of keeping cemetaries in line.
