I have never requested copies of autopsies, but I have obtained copies of transcripts of Coroner's Inquests from the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
There was a $10.00 search fee and a copying cost of $1.00 per page for the transcript records. I assume autopsy records would be the same.
