I did more research on the above families. Per the 1920 census for Hardin Pct., Calhoun County, Illinois the following were found:
Michael Hazelwonder (age 52 ) B: abt. 1868

Carrie Hazelwonder, his wife (age 46) B: abt. 1874

Guy Hazelwonder, son; B: 5-21-1896 D:5-1977 in Hardin, Il. *

Michael Hazelwonder, son; B: 3-6-1903 D: 4-4-1989 in Kampsville, Il. *

Sadie Hazelwonder, dau; age 14; Born abt. 1906

George Hazelwonder, son; B: 4-17-1907 D: 7-1978*

John Hazelwonder, son, B:10-17-1910 D: 6-1956*

Lorene Hazelwonder, dau; age 5; Born abt. 1915

The actual birth and death deaths are marked with an * are
per the LDS records.

On the LDS site I found a Michael Hazelwonder who married
a Caroline Rinesocker on 11-24-1871 in Calhoun Co., Il.
I was hoping this Caroline would be Carrie Hazelwonder, but
they are different persons. Carrie was born abt. 1874, give or take a year.
Michael and Caroline Hazelwonder had no children.

There is a name of a person who submitted to LDS a pedigree
file that includes a Benjamin James Hazelwonder who was born 7-4-1985 and died 7-4-1985; Benjamin's parents are still living. This person is Marty Crull; address is:
RR1, Box 9, Carrollton, Illinois 62016
You could write to Mr. Crull and perhaps get additional information.

I believe under the census; that Carrie is a shortened name, as well Sadie. Lorene could have been a middle name.
