I am looking for any family history information about the Budge and Allen families in Rockland, Idaho. Thomas Scott Budge and his wife (second wife) Hulda came to Rockland sometime in the early 1890's. Thomas died in 1904 and Hulda in 1915. Both are buried in the Valley View Cemetery in Rockland. One of their sons, James Budge, married Mary Ann Allen, daughter of Charles Joshua Allen and Mariah Houston Lish. I am hoping to find more information about this family. James and Mary Ann were my husband's grandparents. We are coming through Rockland as a group of families headed for a family reunion in July. We would like to find any information we could before we get there so we will know what we are seeing when we do. Where did they homestead, ranch, or work? Are there any family members left who could tell us family stories?
