I am hoping someone can tell me who I should contact to get Naturalization records for Owyhee County, Idaho. I was lucky enough to find mention of the person I am researching, Patrick Stromblad, in the Idaho Avalanche. The newspaper gives his exact date of citizenship as Monday July 13, 1896. Now I just need to know how to get a copy of his paperwork.
