SALMON MATRON PASSES AWAY
Death Called Mrs. Homer Harris After Long Illness
Harriet Elvia Harris, wife of Homer Harris of this city, passed away at her home August 17 following a long illness.
She was born at Lewiston, Idaho, June 24, 1869 and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Sunderlin. Her childhood was spent in Chicago. Twenty-six years ago she came to Lemhi county and a year later was united in marriage to Homer Y. Harris.
Beside her husband she is survived by a half sister Mrs. May Gorman of Montana and three nieces living in California.
Funeral services under the direction of the Doebler Undertaking parlors were held Sunday afternoon from the Methodist church with Rev Eva Brown officiating. Interment was in charge of Anna Rebekah Lodge at the Salmon cemetery.
