Any other clues? I graduated from Emmett High School in 1965 & in 1967-68 I worked for the public library. The description doesn't ring any bells. It seems that at that time Emmett itself had a population of abt. 3300 people, not counting the outlying area. Boise Cascade Sawmill ran at least two shifts & many people living here commuted to Horseshoe Bend to work at the sawmill there, which also ran at least two shifts. "Popular with the young people" where? thru a church group, scouting or 4-H?

The museum has a collection of high school annuals. From what you've posted, he must have graduated in the early '50's. Do you know what he looked like?
