SPRINGS - Marilyn
Evans Perkins, 73, of
Soda SPRINGS, passed away June 14, 2009, at the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. She was born September 19, 1935, in
Soda SPRINGS to Alma Henry and Idella Mae
Stoor Evans. She attended elementary school in
Soda SPRINGS and graduated high school in
Idaho Falls in 1953. She attended
Idaho State University, where she was majoring in elementary education.
Marilyn married
Delvin Duane
Perkins on September 16, 1955, in
Soda SPRINGS. Delvin passed away September 10, 2006.
She was the office manager and bookkeeper for Perk's Electric
Service Inc., from 1965 to 2000. Marilyn was a member of Eastern Star. She liked to bowl and enjoyed picnics with family. Family was very important to her and she always had a smile and encouraging word for everyone.
Marilyn is survived by two sons and two daughters, Wayne (Dawn)

Cedar City, Utah; also eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a brother, Richard
Evans.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, June 18, 2009, at 11 a.m. at the
Soda Spring LDS
Stake Center and the family will meet with friends at the stake center from 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
Family suggests donations be made to the Shriners Hospital.
