Isaac Swanson
Isaac Wayne Swanson, 87, died Nov. 10 at an Idaho Falls hopsital. He farmed in the Idaho Falls area for several years. He was born Aug. 19, 1896 in Young Harris, Ga. to John and Mammie Swanson. He received his early schooling there. he married Edith Dyer Dec. 27, 1915 in Young Harris, Ga. Following their marriage, they made their home in Idaho Falls where they worked in the farming industry. He is survived by one son, Roy Swanson, Escondido, Calif.; one grandson; three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Wood Chapel of the Pines with mark Goyen, one of Jehovah's Witnesses, officiating. The family will meet friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
