There was property transfered from Thomas Shanks to Christy Ann Shanks on Aug 29 1899.

1 Lot - Port Hill, Bonner County Idaho that was recorded in Kootenai County Idaho (Book S pg 245) . . .

Then Thomas Shanks is dead prior to the probate of his fathers estate in March of 1900. And so his portion of his fathers inheritance went to two sons of Thomas - William C. Shanks and Noah Shanks.

Can anybody tell me if Thomas Died in Bonner Co around 1899 and the transfer of land was to his wife or heir ?

I have his wife having been Marianna M. Hunter and cannot find a death date or location for either of them.

I am seeking any information on Shanks in Bonner Co., or Family of Thomas Shanks in ID, WA and Oregon most likely.

Any Help would be appreciated.
