thanks. if you're referring to Laura, I sent her a request in Oct, got no reply. Sent again in Nov, got no reply. I realize volunteers are busy people, but with no acknowledgement of having received my request I came to the conclusion she's not doing this anymore, & decided to try this message board approach. I'll try the volunteer one more time.
