I'm not sure if she was born in Hawaii, according to my cousin who has been searching for her, since she is her mother. She was of Filipino/Puerto Rican descent.

She married a Frank Mendonca in 1948, they had two daughters one is Donna, and the other I'll have to ask about. Frank left Hawaii in the later 1950's, and Felicidad did not want to leave Hawaii. So he left with the girls. Donna wants to find her mom.

Felicidad may have remarried, and we do know she is still alive in Hawaii. Any information would be great!
