I am looking for information on Ward BRUCE the father of Winifred. She was born in 1809. The time he received land in Wilkes County. I do not know who her mother or siblings are. Her father was a soldier in the Revolution. Winifred died in Marion County Georgia in 1903. Winifred married Thomas COVINGTON Jr. in Pike County Ga. in 1833.
