Looking for info on Omie Wilkes Alexander. She lived in Dublin, Ga some time in 1917 . Her brothers were James (Jim) and Joe (Son) Wilkes who according to the 1930 census lived in and were born in Dublin, Ga. Joe was married to Ellen Cullen and James was married to Trudie Pullen. Joe and Ella had no children. Jim had 3 children Troy, Duke(Buck)
and Carrie. Duke and Troy moved to Orlando and Winter Park, Fla. Duke was married to Rosie. If this is the same Omie Wilkes she was married to Cleveland Dixon Dec 26, 1917. If this is the same Omie Wilkes according to a 1961 family obituary she was Omie Wilkes Alexander living in Detroit, Michigan. Her niece Carrie died at an early age. Carrie had one son. I am the grand daughter of Carrie Wilkes Tucker and great niece of Omie Wilkes Alexander. Any info you have will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
