Looking for information on my Great Grandmother Lucy Elmira Smith Mann DOB Dec 27, 1888 GA. Died Nov 29, 1973 Savannah GA or Cedar Crossing GA. She is buried in Cedar Crossing Baptist Church Cemetery, Cedar Crossing, GA.
Married James M. Mann abt 1915.
Had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls.
I can’t find anything solid on her before her marriage in Toombs Co. GA. And it appears she lived her life out in Cedar Crossing.
I found a 12 yo female Elmira L Smith in the 1900 Washington Co GA census which is 2 counties over. But I can’t be 100% sure this is her. From the census I gather her parents listed as Samuel Gainer Smith & Elmira Brantley and 4 siblings. I don’t see any of the other family in Toombs Co.
