Yes, I have that same reference re: Benjamin SIMMONS witnessing Israel BURNLEY's will.

Not sure on Henry Brown SIMMONS. "My" Benjamin had a son named Henry, who I believe moved to Jones and from there to Crawford, Georgia. However, he is never referred to in my information as Henry Brown SIMMONS. Furthermore, the reference to Mississippi leads me to believe that this Henry SIMMONS may be related to the "Silver Creek" SIMMONS line who moved to that state ca. 1820 or so....

In case you don't have this, the 1818 Warren, Georgia Tax List shows: Henry BURNLEY, 1 poll, 15 slaves, 444 1/2 acres "on Ogeechee". Grantee is "Powell & etc." who were also neighbors of my SIMMONS line earlier (circa 1785-1795) in the same area of Wilkes (later Warren countyy.
