Hoping to find any information concerning family of Mapps that lived in the Crawfordville, Taliaferro county area during the early to late 1800's to the early 1930's. I know that the family still had relatives there even in the 40's. My great grandmother's name was Martha/or Mattie Mapp
my great grandfather's name was David Mapp. Her oldest daughter Odessa Mapp was my grandmother, she was married to William Thomas. My g-grandmother had other children. Amy, Susie, and Esther, Hosea, OG, Rosey, Theolia, all Mapps. As far as the censes go they were all born Crawford, Taliaferro county. If there is anyone with any information please contact me I'd be very greatful.
