This is probably the property. It is a property which Gideon M. Sinclair deeded to Charles Robert Sinclair and Richard Allen Sinclair, (probably his sons) when he died on March 24, 1992. They lived in Clinton, Miss. It was a tract of land of about 100 acres. Then, they deeded it to a Doyle and Frances Gaylor of 5535 Dearborn Ave, Columbus, GA 31909, on September 14, 1993. As far as I can see from my info, they probably still own it. From tax information, however, they still live in Columbus.

The property is located at 351 Hut Road, in Box Springs. In or near Box Springs, there is a road that circles off the north side Hwy 80, called Old Hwy 80. (It branches to the north at the point where Thomas Circles goes south.) This is just east of Box Springs Road and Sizemore Road and west of Richardson Road. Off this road is one which branches off toward the north. This is Hut Road. The property is right there on the left where Hut intersects with Old Hwy 80. There is a 1390 square foot house on it built in 1860.
