I'm searching for any information relating CSA Major Joseph A. Blance who was last known to have lived in Polk County during 1910.

Major Blance may have been born in Savannah on June 20, 1838; may have been the sister of Annie Helen Blance who was born on July 07, 1844.

If you can provide ANY information on ANY Blance families who were living in Polk County during the late 1800's or early 1900's, I would certainly appreciate your assistance.
