I'm sorry I don't have a lot of information to include. I have a letter dated June 1919, which was written by my grandmother to the man who later became her husband. The letter was mailed from Columbus, GA, Muscogee County. The return address on the letter only says: "Columbus, GA, c/o Meritas Mill". In the letter she mentions that she is staying with "my brother-in-law and his wife". Her only sister (Paralee Smith) was married to Ernest GIBSON. They had one daughter, Lena May. They were originally from Sevier County, TN. Her sister died in 1906. Am trying to find information on Ernest GIBSON, Lena GIBSON, and who Ernest was married to in 1919. Can anyone out there help me?

No, she wasn't. She married Joseph Harrell in Knox County, TN. She died at the age of 23 in 1928. Sorry, wish I could help. - Phyllis
