Baptist church established 1809 -- name/location?

Surnames: Pate, Zimmerman, Yarbrough
According to Pate researcher, Audrey Young, on 11-18-1809, in Morgan County, Phillip Zimmerman deeded an acre to deacons Charles Pate and Thomas Yarbrough for a "preaching place". [Don't know her source.] Can anyone identify that church? If anyone has a description of the location of that acre, then I can probably identify the church from old maps.

Other potential attendees of the church were Edward, John, and Thomas Pate, also in Morgan County in at least the 1809-18 years. On the tax rolls for 1818, Thomas was deleted and James was added. By 1820, all were gone except Edward.

Demonstrating his loyalty to the Baptist church, Charles was apparently in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, by July 1820 when Big Creek Baptist Church was established. He was named one of two deacons of the church on 8-26-1820.

I will deeply appreciate any information anyone could provide.

A. J. Pate
