I am trying to locate information about the first elected Tax Collector for Appling or Jeff Davis County. His name was Cincinatus F. Parish. I found information in a book, authored by Ruth T. Barron, Cincinatus was elected on 1 Jan 1906. This is my husband's 2gr grandfather. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
