Cemetery relocation

I've learned that when Lake Hartwell was formed in the early 1950s, several graveyards were relocated. One of them happened to be the Skelton family plot.

It was located between Lightwood Creek and LIttle Lightwood Creek, not very far from Mt. Hebron Baptist Church. When the lake was created the graves were moved to the cemetery by the church. Noel Skelton and an Ardy Skelton were moved there. I have no idea who Ardy might be.

I would expect a record exists somewhere listing the names of the graves that were moved, and hopefully the inscriptions that were on them. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me locate such a record, or any material relating to the relocation effort. I'm sure something exists.
