Georgia I being of sound and disposing mind and memory Do
Hart I make this my last will and testament, Item 1st
I give bequeath and devise to my wife Caroline Stephenson the following property to wit. All of my Property both real and personal. Household and Kitchen furniture. Notes and accounts free from all charge or limitations Whatever to be her own property use benifit and (unledgeable) to hold during her lifetime Item 2ed and at her death the property be sold and equeally devided between my Children to wit. Eliza Sewell Asa Stephenson, Isaiah Stephenson daughter Lula Pattent
andWhitner Stephenson, Andrew L. Stephenson, Margaret Walker. Vastine Thomas,
Mary Stovall, That my son Alexander Stephenson and Henry Stephenson, having got their proportional part here befor that thay get no more of my property.Item 3ed, I hearby constitute and appoint my son Asa Stephenson Executor of this my Last will and testament, This The 17th day of Oct 1891.

I County,To All whome there presented unto
convay greeting. Know ye that on the 3ed day of October in the
year our Lord Eightteen Hundred and Ninty Two, The Last will and
testament of George Stephenson deceased. Late of said County
was exzibited in open courtand in due from law (unledgable)
And (unledgable)to (unledgable)a copy of whitch is here annexed
and adminstration of all the goods sigular the goods,chattles
and credits of said deceased was granted to Caroline Stephenson
+ John Mauldin as adminastrators of said will annexxed and
thay having first taken the oath and preforming all the
required requsits by Law.They in By order of the said court
and by virtue of these (unledgable) legalilly authorized
to adminaster the goods, cattles, and credits of the said
deceased according to (unledgable) and effect of the said
will and testament and according to the law and thay are
hereby required to render a time and perfect inventory of
all and singular the goods Cattle and credits of the said
decesed and apprased and return it to this court according
to the laws and to render a true and correct account to the
said court of there acting and doing yearly and every year
untill such adminastration is fully compleated.
