Surnames: Holcomb, Shoemake, Shumake, Shoemaker
Researching the following family lines: Joshua Thompson Holcomb married Mary Elizabeth Shoemake/r, had Annie Mae, born 1890 in Gainesville, Hall Co. Other children, Lelia Minervah born 1893, Abbeville, SC, Mamei Lea, born 1895, Abbeville, SC, James Luther, born 1901, Buford, GA. Mary Elizabeth died after last child was born. I would really like to know where she is buried, and to share other family info with others researching these lines. Both Holcomb and Shoemaker were leather workers and shoemakers by trade, working at Bona Allen's Tannery in Buford. Sandy Reid sreid@alltel.net
